What we do and How do we do it?
SRDAR has the capacity to conduct interviews using various mediums such as optical mark recognition data forms, mail-based and web-based surveys. The main production area of SRDAR occupies 1,100 square feet on the 1st floor of the Carlton House and houses 17 workstations. Each is equipped with telephone and computer equipment that is connected to the RPCI information network and fitted with word processing and presentation, statistical analysis (SPSS), and survey execution (CASES) software. Staff members are trained on IRB-approved, project-specific protocols and the protection of human research subjects. Ongoing supervision, training, quality assurance and quality control measures are in place to ensure the integrity of our data.
